That’s why, alongside our classes, we’re excited to offer nutritional advice for adults, delivered by one of our trained instructors.

That includes guidance around nutrition, meal planning, weight management, and healthy habits designed to help you feel your best on and off the mat.

This service free to all adult members of the club. We welcome people of all backgrounds, fitness levels, and starting points. No question is too small, and no goal is too big.
