MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) blends the best parts of different martial art disciplines into one curriculum to create our advanced self defence training program. You will be taught by our team of 23 instructors who all have different backgrounds and specialisms.
You don’t need any equipment. Please wear suitable gym clothing i.e. shorts, leggings, track suit bottoms and a tshirt or vest. A bottle of water would be a good idea.
Children under 16 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Six Weeks Unlimited School Summer Holiday Training Offer – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- This offer is only available to individuals who are not active members of the club on 5th July 2026.
- Anyone holding an active membership on 5th July 2026 is not eligible for this promotion.
2. Offer Period
- The promotional training period runs from Monday 20 July 2026 until Sunday 30 August 2026.
- The offer provides unlimited attendance at eligible classes during this period only.
- The promotion must be purchased before the advertised closing date.
3. Included Classes
- Participants may attend any scheduled classes included within the offer. Please see the link at the top of this page for the classes timetable.
- Specialist courses, seminars, private lessons and invitation-only sessions are excluded unless otherwise stated.
4. Age Groups
- Participants may only attend classes appropriate to their age. The available age groups are 4–7 years, 8–12 years, and Teenagers & Adults. The club reserves the right to determine the appropriate class for each participant and to refuse attendance at classes outside the participant’s designated age group.
5. Availability
- This promotional offer is strictly limited to 20 spaces in total. Places will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and are only secured upon receipt of full payment. Once all 20 places have been sold, the offer will be withdrawn without notice. The club accepts no liability for applications made after the allocation has been filled.
6. Non-Transferable
- The offer is personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred, shared or resold.
7. No Extensions
- The promotional period cannot be paused or extended due to holidays, work commitments, illness or any other reason.
8. Refunds
- The promotional fee is non-refundable.
9. Medical Fitness
- Participants confirm they are medically fit to take part in martial arts and self-defence training and agree to inform an instructor of any relevant medical conditions or injuries before participating.
10. Safety
- All participants must follow instructors’ instructions and comply with the club’s safety rules at all times.
- The club reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
11. Photography & Video
- Classes may occasionally be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Anyone wishing not to appear in photographs or videos should inform an instructor before participating.
12. Timetable Changes
- Class timetables may occasionally change. While every effort will be made to deliver the advertised schedule, the club reserves the right to amend, substitute or cancel classes where necessary.
13. Membership
- This promotion expires automatically on Sunday 30 August 2026 and does not create an ongoing membership.
14. General
- The club reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion for future purchases at any time.
- Participation is subject to the club’s normal rules and code of conduct.
